Day 1 – Arrival
Welcome to Scotland! Upon arrival at the Edinburgh airport, enjoy a private transfer to you luxury accommodations. Once settled, your private tour guide will take you to a kilt outfitting experience for tailored kilt. Return to the hotel where your welcome dinner commences featuring traditional Scottish cuisine and, of course, whiskey.
Day 2
Following breakfast, transfer to the west coast of Scotland for your choice of course in Turnberry. Enjoy stunning views and a delicious lunch post round. On the way back to Edinburgh, make stops for whiskey tastings which ends with dinner at a local eatery in the city. An optional night tour is arranged to see the city lights.
Day 3
This morning, your transfer awaits to Prestwick Golf Club, the birthplace of the Open Chamionship. Revel in the seaside course with beautiful but difficult links. Enjoy lunch at the course, some of the best food any club has to offer in the UK. After lunch, explore Ayrs beautiful coast with a private guided tour, followed by dinner at a local restaurant with whiskey pairings before returning to your Edinburgh hotel.
Day 4
After breakfast, your private driver will transfer the group to St. Andrew where you will check into your hotel for the next two nights. This afternoon, play your choice of course at St. Andrews. Tonight, enjoy a whiskey dinner at the Road Hole Restaurant located inside the Old Course Hotel. Retire to bed early to prepare for tomorrows full day of rounds where golf originated.
Day 5
Start your day with the course of your choice at St. Andrews following a light lunch on property. Don’t forget to check out the specialty shops around the 18th hole of the Old course in between rounds! This afternoon, choose between another round of golf or tour the British golf museum. This evening, explore the local pubs and share stories of your rounds thus far!
Day 6
Start your day with a full Scottish breakfast at the hotel before being transferred to Gleneagles Resort. Upon arrival, an early lunch awaits the group before a round on one of the three championship courses. This evening, enjoy one of the many restaurants located on property.
Day 7
This morning, play your choice of courses at Gleneagle. Following your round, indulge in a plethora of activities on property including shooting, boat racing, fishing, etc. This evening, choose one of the 10 restaurant options the hotel has to offer on property.
Day 8
Following breakfast, meet your private driver and guide for a full day tour of the highlands that will be tailored to exactly what you would like to see. Of course, there will be plenty of whiskey tastings along the way through the day. Return to your resort where spa services await before a pub dinner and local entertainment.
Day 9
This morning, depart Gleneagles for a leisurely transfer back to Edinburgh. Today is yours to do as you wish. Arrangements for tours, shopping or anything else can be arranged if needed. Tonight, a private farewell dinner awaits to reminisce on your rounds in Scotland.
Day 10 – Departure
Following breakfast, your private driver will be awaiting to take you to the airport for your journey home.
